What does Churna do?
We help you save money on your mobile and internet bills by analysing your current plans and finding better options tailored to your needs. Using our expertise, the Churna team will look at your usage to determine the best plan for you while also providing the best value for money.

What inspired the creation of Churna?
Churna was born out of a simple observation: too many people are overpaying for mobile and internet services because plans are confusing, and without help, its hard to truly know whats best for you. We wanted to simplify the process and help people keep more money in their pockets.

How much does it cost?
Our fee is 25% of what we save you over a year. So if we save you $100, our fee is $25, $200 the fee is $50 and so on. It is done this way to incentivise to save you the most amount of money. If we can’t save you money, you pay nothing—simple as that.

Can I keep my current mobile number if I switch providers?
Absolutely! You can keep your number when switching providers. We’ll take care of the entire process for you, ensuring a smooth transition with no interruptions to your service. Our goal is to make the switch as hassle-free as possible, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

How long does the process take?
Most reviews are completed within 24 during business hours, depending on the complexity of your current plans and the providers we recommend.

Do you work with specific providers?
No, we are completely independent. This allows us to recommend the best plans for you without bias or influence from any provider.

Will you switch my provider without asking?
No, we only make recommendations. The final decision to switch is always up to you.

How do you calculate my savings?
We compare your current bills to the costs of the plans we recommend and calculate the savings over a 12-month period.

Is it really risk-free?
Yes! If we can’t save you money, you won’t pay a thing for our service.

What information do you need from me?

    • You must provide accurate, up-to-date billing details for your current mobile service(s).

    • The guarantee applies to residential customers with standard consumer mobile plans (postpaid or prepaid).

    • The $240 target is based on projected savings across 12 months, not including handset repayments or business-grade services.

    🚫 Exclusions:

    • If you're already on one of the lowest-cost mobile plans available or using niche providers outside our network of comparisons, we may not be able to deliver qualifying savings.

    • If we find $200 of savings but not the full $240, we’ll still offer you our recommendations — but the guarantee means no payment is required unless we hit $240 or more.
